The office is completely incapable of proper communication and understanding verbal communication. Also incapable of facilitating simple cat scan instruction notes to insure correct cat scan is done. Then want to charge me for second car scan. I was scheduled for a partial knee replacement. But if they cannot handle simple communication or giving proper pre surgical test instructions then I don't feel comfortable allowing them to cut me open. Dr. Hakim is an outstanding doctor! He always spends time to make sure you understand everything. He is very thorough, patient and makes you feel truly cared for. I would and have recommended him to multiple people.
