Both the lab technician, Ms Van Epps and all other staff at the Thousand Oaks location are very cordial, friendly and take the time to listen to your concerns and provide recommendations on what can be done to improve or maintain your health. You don't get the feeling that you are in a "revolving door" medical office. I recommend the CONVIVA Care Centers to any senior.
Dr. Rosales and his staff at Conviva are the best. Dr. Rosales is compassionate, considerate, listens and explains things clearly. He makes me feel comfortable and provides excellent care. I never feel rushed during my visits. My appointment visits at Conviva are always punctual. I have yet to wait more than 5 minutes after my app time to be seen. Dr. Rosales and his staff are friendly and accommodating. The doctor’s office is easy to contact. I’m very happy with my PCP.
