Totally sub par! Victor Funding sent me an email that states up to 100k if your credit is 700 or above which mine certainly is as provided to Adam by way of myfico. Adam looks at it says he will send pre approval in 24hr. Then sends email 10min later stating im not qualified and work on my credit. VF is just a broker that has no control with the lenders they use.
