The Dentist and his staff were very nice and professional and wonderful at explaining the procedures and great at keeping me çalm. I was in good hands there. These people who wrote the negative reviews were whiny crying babies complaining about minor little mishaps that can happen anywhere. If you can't get along with Dr. De Los Santos, you have some deep issues.
Don't waste your time service is slow at least an hours wait and then your another number. The receptionist is Rude and the whole business just needs to be thrown away!!
I just called to make a first appointment ever, and the girl who answered the phone was lovely... no problem whatsoever..
Appreciate at 10:30 didn't get seen until 11:10! The tiny waiting room was full of patients. Two of which kept caught without covering their mouth. It was disgusting. When I finally got seen for my cleaning the Asian dr who cleaned my teeth seem to be in a rush! She was not gentle at all and poked me multiple times. I don't recommend this place at all
Dr. Vic and Dr. Trent are the best, been coming for years and will continue to!!
