I used a data-backed approach to find a South Florida agent, looking closely at numbers and sales history, and Victor completely stood out. He isn't a flashy social media influencer with a massive team where you get passed off to an assistant. When you hire Victor, you work with him directly. Since we were managing the sale from a distance, his constant availability was a lifesaver. We didn't know anything about selling a house. But Victor did! He was great throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond what he needed to do, for our Mother-in-Laws house sale in Hialeah, FL. When it is time to sell our house we will definitely go with Victor Cruz!

I must say I have used Victor as a my realtor for both buying a home and renting rental properties and he has provided excellent service. He is very responsive and very good with follow-up so you know you will be in good hands with him. I look forward to continue doing business with him as he has always been professional and made the process seamless from beginning to end. I highly recommend him for all your real estate services.

I can totally recommend Mr. Cruz. My sister passed away, leaving me her condo, and in my grief and ill health, it's hard to handle stuff. He took care of it all--removing the unwanted furniture/junk, cleaning up, preparing for sale. Always kept me up to date. And as a bonus, Mr. Cruz has a very friendly, upbeat, pleasant personality. Good energy. So, he made it easy to pass on my sister's home to another who I hope will be very happy there. When I am ready to buy a new place, I know who to call. Five stars.

"I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Selling my mother’s house was a bit overwhelming, but Victor Cruz handled everything with absolute compassion, patience, and professionalism. His warm heart and incredible personality touched my entire family through this process, including me, my siblings, my husband, and my brothers-in-law. He answered every single call, text, and question we had along the way, no matter how small. He truly took care of everything from top to bottom. Victor didn't just list the home—he helped... read more
