Yessenia b. In the referral department is not only extremely very joyful answering the phone to help others but she did go an extra mile to help me out with my children. I’ve been with this company since I was younger myself. The second person ever even with me going that has actually done their job correctly and that counts for my children.

Oswald Vargas You go through the whole program then he drops you at the end then you gotta start over no explanation nothing... There's alot of people saying the same thing. There's a problem. Ima get to the bottom of this because this is ridiculous when people trying to get there life together and this a****** drops you for nothing. Oswald is unprofessional!!!!!

I truly wanted this place to work out for my son but it didn't. They have great services but horrible communication and do not adhere to customer requests for smooth communication. My son has developmental disabilities but knows if he is being contacted. No one has kept up with his case, I had to reenroll him, though it was the fault of the counselor for not contacting him or responding to my son's emails, and even the second time around, still no contact, no consistency and no follow up.
