My daughter sees a therapist currently. He does not hear out her concerns and always talks over me and her. I’m currently trying to decide how and when to end services as the inconsistency is not helping. I believe I’ve cancelled maybe twice once last minute and I got told that we can’t have this happening. I feel bad but I always have to stop from working for the session and they are always 30 min late earliest is 15 min late. My son is seen here by ms sarah everyone is really nice except for the girl on the left in the front desk my last experience here earlier this month was not the best. The young girl at the front desk was rude and dismissive she was on her phone the entire time doing arts and crafts on her desk which isnt out of the ordinary ive had this experience with her almost every-time i come, she rolls her eyes, shell refuse to open her window and say she cant hear so shell have the other girl with the color hair to help me instead whi... read more

Not satisfied with their service. Try to get help for my son who a minor. I spoke about an incident that happened two months ago with my son dad and girlfriend. They ended up calling cps like someone wants to be bothered with stuff like that. My son wasn't hurt I was attacked in front him. For the start all they was talking about cps and etc. The therapist he had was like I am a mandate reporter I said so I am to.
