Victor is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. If I could, I will give him zero (0) star. I met him only one time and it would be the last time to seeing him. He spent less than 30 minutes with me. He thinks he had known my health conditions thoroughly, abruptly ended the conversation, and walked out of the room which was very shocked to me. He is very arrogant and unprofessional. I don't believe he can cure anyone. Don't waste your time, money and energy with him!!
Dr Cheng has helped me with shoulder pain and mobility. Has been much easier and faster recovery of ‘frozen shoulder syndrome’
