Eric completely disregards valid patient concerns & questions, ignores serious medication reactions such as random bleeding. Finger turns black? Just types away doesn't respond. The entire experience is beyond dehumanizing, you're merely a lab rat in a nepotistic "medical practice". Ask for a best/worst case scenario based on what prognosis is given as to properly get your affairs in order, outright ignores the question each & every time. I have been going to Dr. Chang for almost 2 years now and I am so happy. He’s right on top of everything and spends as much time with you as needed. He listens and really wants the best for his patients. He’s honest, caring, and an all around fabulous oncology Dr. I highly recommend him!
