I think Dr Cai is the kind of physician who does very well in a “one and done” urgent care environment (his positive Swedish reviews are based on his urgent care work). Sports injury, bad cold, cut finger. Etc. But he is a very poor choice as a primary care doctor, especially if you have any medical conditions that require ongoing care and guidance.
