Bought new furnace there had amazing service for a few years then they refused to come for services to my furnace.they had mentioned to me they don’t service furnaces only to a select few .made me feel bad hearing this now having plumbing issues with pump for well and being without water they’re still finding excuses not to come .but I stlil gave em 3 stars when they were here putting it well pump they were very polite and good back in 2024 .
We have had nothing but great experiences with this company. Luc always seems to be the one to tend to our plumbing emergencies with our older home. He is professional and kind, does great work for a fair price. The others who he brings along are always great too! On top of that, they are they only ones in town who ever show up despite promises from other plumbing companies. This is the only company we will ever call again.
