We called for an estimate, but we were told we needed to make an appointment for the car to be evaluated. The diagnostic fee would then be applied to our repair. I should have known at the start something was wrong. The dealership gave me an estimate over the phone. So, we take the car in and, shockingly, we are told the problem is exactly what we thought it was, but the repair could not be done that day. I would need to make another appointment for the repair.
