Wife has a fistula of the bladder that formed a few days after a hysterectomy. Dr. Andres’s prescribed a catheter after she was hospitalized after diagnosing the fistula at Houston Healthcare (now Emory Healthcare) a few days afrerward she showed signs of a uti (otc test was positive) and called the doctor. She was told if she wasn’t running a temp then she couldn’t have a uti and that a catch would cause a positive result, and that the pain she was in was normal. Dr. Andress took me on when I had bad trouble and no urologist or recent history of urology. He worked through my problem systematically not rushing to conclusions. He also has a clean treatment complex and a pleasant and professional staff.
Very ignorant Impersonal condescending came in the with an attitude. Acted like he didn't want to be bothered. Didn't introduce himself to the patient. He was very disrespectful. When I asked him to address me by my name, he kept calling me "ma". I wouldn't refer a dog to him. I am reporting to the medical board. He shouldn't be a medical doctor.
