As a shy newcomer, I was warmly welcomed and made comfortable from the very start. Both the doctor and the assistants were exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the teeth cleaning; I usually hate the scraping part, but she made it feel painless. I felt refreshed afterward! Thank you, Otto Family Dental!
It was seriously the best dentist experience I've ever had! They were so kind and understanding. My hygienist ACTUALLY LISTENED to me when I asked her to be gentle! I've always left other dentist offices in pain because they were so rough with my mouth. But today was my first ever dentist experience where I left without any pain or sores. Everyone at the office is so welcoming! Dr Otto is great at what he does, he talks you through the whole process, making jokes to put your anxiety at ease. He makes sure you are happy with the work that was done before you leave. As someone with dental anxiety, he was very comforting, understanding and just overall a very genuine, down to earth guy. Will recommend him to everyone I know!
