Immediately you are greeted with kind and welcoming faces and this continues throughout the entire office visit. Each and every person from the desk, dental techs, hygienist and especially Dr. Otto himself are positive, relaxed and upbeat. You can tell they enjoy what they do. Dr. Otto is an outstanding dentist! I have been seeing him for two years now. He takes the time to clearly explain every procedure and makes sure you feel comfortable and informed. Very relaxed atmosphere, didn't have to wait and employees were very friendly. Dr. Otto was thorough and explained things so I could understand. I'd say keep doing what you're doing.
