Long story short i always complained about back pain L4 L5 S1 S2 herniated disc i also have T1 T2 L1-2 L2-3 L3-4 L4-5 problems. Received a couple injections in my lower back, hard time sleeping, went to pain management for years & guess what? He never noted my complaints on his reports and what really frustrated me on his notes he wrote i can stand for 6 hours & i can sit for 6 hours. I lost my benefits because of this clown. Do your research when looking for a good doctor.
