I saw their name in passing and was surprised they were still in business! I was a loyal customer when Vicki ran the place. Shortly after she handed the reins to a family member, I purchased a Mani/Pedi gift certificate for my husband for Christmas. He went to try and use it a year and one month later and they wouldn't honour it! The certificate expired after a year and they wouldn't even negotiate it. Never went back. Purchased a kids Groupon to pamper my little girl plus try this place out myself to see if it's any good. AVOID AVOID AVOID. When she started on my little girl there was no soaking of the feet or anything just straight polish after removal of her old polish. Thank God my son was hungry so used it as an excuse to bolt early and just have my shellac removed as I was quoted $67 for a pedicure plus $10 to remove shellac and additional $10 for new shellac. I was here a couple weeks or so ago for eyebrows threading - and Mandeep was amazingly professional. She was welcoming and friendly and completed the threading without it hurting very much and in a record amount of time too! She was gently yet firm and very professional. She also accommodated me even though I was much earlier than my appointment time! Will definitely be making regular visits here!
I found this spa through groupon. I went in for a facial, body scrub and eyebrow waxing, and I was happy with the services given by Mandy. I liked that she was quiet during the facial unlike some other spas I’ve been to, wherein they keep talking and it ruins the relaxation experience.
