Really have good experience with my 4 yo son at Goornong Swimming Pool this week. The staff is lovely.
Lots of hidden fees (almost $20 each day pool entry) and classes being cancelled. The venues don’t work with the VicSwim team and other pool patrons regularly interrupt the swim lesson. Not worth the money & it will end up costing more than you signed up for
Really happy with the experience at Mont Albert Heathways for our 6 yo and 4 yo.
David at YAWA VicSwim is an excellent teacher! So pleased whenever my grandchildren get him as their teacher
I enrolled by phone and was not verbally informed of refund restrictions at the time of booking. I raised the issue with the organisation and communicated with Sam (administration), who advised that the terms were available on the website, despite refund restrictions not being mentioned during the phone call. He also noted to me that lodging a VCAT application would involve a fee which i see is a warning for me not to lodge it.
