I had a very disappointing experience with this tire company. I called them out to fix a broken valve stem on the steer tire of my semi-truck. I made it clear upfront that if the tire was going to be removed, it needed to be properly reinstalled using a torque wrench—standard safety protocol for heavy equipment like mine. The technician showed up and didn’t seem to know what a torque wrench was, which was already concerning.
