I made an appointment to get my AC checked, when I arrived I was told I would have to wait an hour because “he” had just left for lunch. Seriously? I used my lunch to come here for an APPOINTMENT. No apologies offered, counter clerk just scoffed. Jerks!
A great place to have your automobile needs attended to. Rick has been in the tire and auto business in Fort Smith for many years, following in his dad's footsteps, who also served Fort Smith for many years. I will continue to take my business to Rick Grizzle.
Vic's tire has always done us right. Rick is good to work with and so far with in my 8 years going there I haven't had any problems. Haven't tried my luck anywhere else.
I took my daughter's vw beetle in Vic's tire to have the alignment checked because the rear tires were wearing out quickly. They took me out in the shop to show me why the car was wearing out the tires, turns out the rear axle was bent. They didn't charge me anything for checking my daughters car out and said just come back and see us sometime. I had good luck with Rick and Vic's tire with no problems. When I ask about my phone, I was told I shouldn't have left it in my car and RICK the owner said he couldnt help me. I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars at VICs Tire, but NEVER WILL I AGAIN. VICS TIRE ARE THIEVES AND LIARS. VICS TIRE STOLE MY IPHONE.
