Very rude and disrespectful people work in this shop they don’t know customer service.
Had an air leak from the air dryer and stuck on the side of highway 73 in Port Arthur, the air dryer would take too long to get so second best thing, he bypassed the hoses and got me moving again. Very professional and got me back on the road.
Minimum of 4. Hours charged 600.00$. Plus the road call of 82.00$.
Had a tire go out on our Freightliner chassis motorhome driving down I-10. Called Vic's and less than an hour later we were back on the road. Fast, friendly and very fair pricing. We highly recommend!!
