Three Experiences - Unsatisfactory Last Time We have used this business three separate times. They were excellent the first time (2001) when Vic was involved and he used trusted in house labour (Rick). By our last experience in 2008, he had grown too large and was too hands off. He also was utilizing other resources that either didn't show up or didn't communicate what was needed (to a very experienced renovator client).
