We had water in our basement in September and dried out the rugs. We called Vic's to dry chem the carpets and told the scheduler that. After he got there he said he would not use dry chemicals. The basement is equivalent to 3 regular size rooms and he charged us $834 after he heard that it was an insurance claim. Feeling ripped off!
