So I’m only writing this review because of how disgusted and pissed off I really am I brought my car in because I thought there was something seriously wrong with it. it was losing power when I pressed on the gas they said I needed a new TRANSMISSION and told me I had thousands of dollars worth of work needed I said no thank you I cannot afford a new transmission at the moment and I picked up my car. Broke down in Islamorada on the way to Key West. Did a great job. Highly recommended.
You would be alot better off going to anyone else for your car repairs then this over priced shop. Victor has a terrible attitude towards his customers. Recently my husband and victors brother in law from a previous marriage called to schedule work on his truck and was told by Victor that he refuses to work on his truck because he told victors girlfriend who runs the front desk that he was vic's brother-in law. This place is highway robbery. They charge $80 to plug a computer into your car and read you a code. Grand total of 5 minutes. Mind you, this is something Autozone will do for you for free. Beware of this ripoff auto mechanic taking advantage of the "keys tax"
The best shop there is down here PERIOD! Been bringing my vehicles to Vic for 10+ years. Alignments so good the truck drives itself!! Will not let anyone touch my truck but his shop!
