Super helpful, friendly and efficient.
Even though my experience was not that great, im not going to rate you 1 star just because of that,im sure you take good care of your customers BUT that wasnt the case for me. No need to get into all the details but next time please inform your customers before hand if you have the proper tools to do the job. Had my ac compression replaced in April 2021. Have not had one issue with it in the past 3 years. Was able to have it fixed for half the price I was quoted at that time. Great communication and service.
Unfortunately, my recent visit to Vic's Auto Clinic was a complete letdown. Not only did I encounter rude and abusive customer service, but the quality of the work performed on my car was subpar. Despite paying for what I expected to be professional service, I was left with unresolved issues and a feeling of dissatisfaction.
