I have been using Vic's for 5 years. I have an 05 F150 black and he has managed to keep it running since it is and was a lemon. I have challenged him and his mechanics to figure out several issues with my lemon and he has come through every time. He also recommended me on one repair that it is a recall and under warranty (faulty fuel injectors) where he could have just fixed it and charged me. He is honest and will stand behind his work. Vics is a trustworthy repair facility. I've tried other facilities in the past but I always end up going back to Vics because he gives quality work at a competitive price. Consequently, I've learned to bring my vehicles to Vics first because I know he's going to be fair and honest. Case in point: Recently my daughter ran low on engine oil. The engine lost power and began to shudder until she finally pulled off the road. I was convinced she ran it out of oil and needed a new engine. We had it towed to Vics.
