Go to get my PC power supply swapped with a new one. Charges 69.99 flat for “cable management” then proceeded to send back my PC after noticing it turned off by the time I got there. Says “does it go to sleep mode?” should’ve been the first red flag. Go home doesn’t even stay on for more than a minute. Call back and say’s to bring it back. Asked about there high end gaming system builds and Duncan was amazing with getting together a part list (it had a 5090) and build; machine was built as asked and Duncan even went the extra mile and got my old ssd working in the new build. 10/10 great business

While entering data into one of my Excel spreadsheets, for no apparent reason all my data disappeared. I searched my PC and cloud for backup and found nothing. The file comprised data I have been accumulating for years. I thought it was gone forever. Duncan was able to recover the missing data I thought I would never see again. VicomPC and Duncan are my go to for everything computer. Highly recommend !
