My PC died the other night because of power loss from the really bad storm recently, and I called this place and Duncan was amazing with helping out. He diagnosed it and said the SSD was bricked and he was able to replace it and somehow get Windows 11 on it despite my hardware not being compatible for an incredibly reasonable price. He also cleaned it of all the dust I am ashamed to say I let accumulate from neglect, and now it's running better than ever.
