I had an excellent experience with Vicom Computer Repair. My Razer Blade 14 had a swollen battery that was pushing up the trackpad, so I started calling around to local repair shops for quotes. I reached out to Vicom right before closing and spoke with Duncan. After giving him my model number, he provided a very great price for both the battery and installation. My laptop had become painfully slow, and I was close to replacing it. Before spending money on a new one, I decided to visit VicomPC after seeing so many good comments online. They suggested upgrading the storage instead, and it completely changed the performance. It now starts in seconds and works like a much newer laptop. They were honest about the costs, and the service was friendly from start to finish.
Great place! We’ve used Duncan for work and personal computer issues and he is always very supportive, knowledgeable, and great to work with. It’s awesome finding a local business that has the knowledge and want to help their customers opposed to these big box stores where you’re just a number. When it comes to PCs, he has all of my business.
my computer disk was having problems or something like that with my hard drive and I would keep getting these black squares on my screen and I bought it to the shop and the owner was really respectful and nice. The pricing was clear. I dropped it off for a day or two and picked it up with no hassle and it works like new! 10/10 Will be back again for any more computer or pc needs
Go to get my PC power supply swapped with a new one. Charges 69.99 flat for “cable management” then proceeded to send back my PC after noticing it turned off by the time I got there. Says “does it go to sleep mode?” should’ve been the first red flag. Go home doesn’t even stay on for more than a minute. Call back and say’s to bring it back.
