While entering data into one of my Excel spreadsheets, for no apparent reason all my data disappeared. I searched my PC and cloud for backup and found nothing. The file comprised data I have been accumulating for years. I thought it was gone forever. Duncan was able to recover the missing data I thought I would never see again. VicomPC and Duncan are my go to for everything computer. Highly recommend !
Quick, easy and straight to the point. Fixed my gaming laptop for me right away. They even showed me how to overclock my pc if I so wished and a few more things I didn't know about.
I came here to sell a laptop from school, as my program had announced we needed to upgrade and mine didn’t meet the requirements anymore. Duncan was honest about my computer, and inquired as to what list had to be met for my program. We met multiple times to work through what new laptop was exactly as I wanted and needed, and he had it ready in a timely manner.
