This is a really nice establishment with positive and bright attitudes! I came in last minute looking to update my glass before leaving for medical school. They took time to walk me thru selecting my frames and all the extra perks that could be added to my lens. The doctor checked to make sure my prescription was right since I had a pervious prescription. They really worked with me getting my glasses back in a short amount of time. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. They don’t just treat you like another patient, they genuinely make you feel like part of the family, which is something you don’t come across often. One thing that really stood out to me was knowing the doctor is an NSU alumni. That immediately gave me an extra sense of trust and comfort going into my appointment as a college student. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed.
I never felt so at home at an eye care clinic, not only are Dr. Arango and Gabriel extremely professional, they are so nice and honest. 10/10 this is my optic now. I visited them for an updated prescription, which I got, and they gave me the best advice for my dry eyes and I feel amazing now.
