This was, without question, the worst salon experience I have ever had. From the moment I sat in the chair, Vicky was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Every question I asked was met with irritation, harsh comments, or no meaningful answer at all. Vicky is amazing! She is the absolute best in the business and has my full trust when it comes to my face or hair. Vicky is always so friendly, honest, and understanding of my beauty goals.
