Overwhelmed needs help, but not customer service oriented. Needed a cut and she couldn't even let me know when the next appointment was available until I asked. Then it was 2 weeks out, sorry but no matter how skilled you are, customer service goes along way. So one 5 star review doesn't mean it's actually a good place for a cut... I'd look elsewhere
