We have gone to Vicky for several years now. She has always made us feel like we are more than just a number. She is friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable in all respects. We trust her and appreciate her skillset. It’s an added bonus that there are always great snacks and beverages available, as well as wholesome conversation. Highly recommend.

Absolutely horrible to work with. My taxes were "lost" in the paperwork for 8 months and found "underneath a stack of papers" 1.5 years after they should have been filed. I called, left messages, emails, PM on facebook, even tried to see her in person. There was never a response. As someone who believes it is better working with humans rather than robots, I had to reluctantly file my taxes on Turbo Tax. Vicky parents started doing my taxes 17yrs ago until her father retired and he passed me down to her. Vicky will always do what’s best for the client and I love that about her. Very busy woman so don’t think you’re getting ahold of her. Prices has gone up over the years so I was definitely shocked this year but I don’t trust anyone else and she’s still cheaper than those other big companies.
