Agent Claudia was super helpful and very professional best agent I’ve dealt with I 100 percent recommend her
Claudia called to set up an appointment to go over my life insurance policies to make sure everything was correct and that I didn’t need to make any changes. She offered to set up an appointment something like Zoom if I was unable to come in. We went over my policies on the phone. She confirmed some of the things that I already knew and told me a few things that either I forgot or I just didn’t know. Very helpful and a delight to speak with.
Their service is beyond terrible. Fake promises, no results, no support. They only care about money, nothing else.
My experience with this service was very disappointing. The promises made were not fulfilled, and the customer support was unhelpful. I expected much better, but unfortunately the experience was not good.
