Good customer service food fresh
I inquired about the pastries being made on-site and was incorrectly informed that they were. I am aware that the pastries are not produced at this location; they are delivered frozen from another facility. While I understand that they are baked here, they are not created in this establishment.
Absolutely done with this place. I’ve been coming to this bakery for a while, and the service has gotten worse every single time. What’s most frustrating is that the manager is consistently the worst part of the experience rude, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t care. The rest of the staff is actually great, but she drags the whole place down. Today was the last straw.
