Haydee y Arletty were the best so far out of any of the Vicky’s I’ve been to! They were so welcoming and i will be coming back! The best ice coffee and Cuban sandwich!
I'm a regular customer. Walking in the door i feel at home. The hospitality is superb. High recomendened If you want to start your morning with a cafecito!
Price gauging!! this Vicky bakery is way more expensive than any other I’ve ever been to. Stay away from the greedy owners!
Disgusting customer service...I arrived early Sunday morning, the place was literally empty...all the females' staff were chit chatting, when I opened the door and walked in, not even a good morning, nor a welcome, they looked at me with a horrendous attituded to only keep talking and completely ignored me. I’m honestly shocked with the low quality of food. The staff isn’t rude and the cafe is neat and tidy so this makes it hard to write but the food and presentation is baffling. We ordered a coffee, tostada, croquettes and a croissant with ham and cheese. We’ve come here a few times and the coffee is never consistent. The tostada wasn’t pressed at all and the butter was colddddd how you calling something tostada and it’s not even warm or toasted..
