Today Saturday 9/20/2025 at 5:58 pm we received the worst service at this place by a young girl that claimed to be the manager. They had more than an hour close and she said that not everything could be order. We understand that some stuff finish and they dont have anymore till the day but the attitude that she and the other girl provide was not professional when my mom was asking how much a desert was. I have breakfast the bread was soft and Soggy food was cold I forgot to the table
1st time visiting and the staff had patience to answer questions but in all the food was hot tasty and those fries yum yum. The coffee was amazing, more please.
I went around 8:30 AM and the place was empty except for one couple. Two employees were chatting in front of me without even a greeting, while the cashier ignored me and went to serve another customer who arrived after me. I waited about five minutes and left disappointed. Sadly, this lack of customer service really hurts the franchise’s name.
