Sad to have such a great place but terrible customer service. I was the only customer coming in and I wasn’t greeted. I was ignored for 2 minutes straight and instead of acknowledging me they (2 females–one out of uniform) just got another employee’s (another female) attention to attend me. As far as the bakery goods go, nothing out of the ordinary.
TERIBLE. These people are stealing your money…. How are they even still in business.. Este sandwich no tiene sabor ninguno. No le ponieron ni sal 🤢 El peor cafe con leche que he recibido. Worst sandwich and cafe con leche ever, didn’t even put salt on the sandwich and the cafe von leche didn’t even taste like cafe con leche, it was truly so so bad. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We came to do lunch and try Vicky Bakery, some we are out of town it was 6 of us. They laughed that we ordered 6 sandwiches, services was horrible. Then when we got the food, it had paper of the cheese and under the bread. I told them thank you and completely didn’t respond. They seemed more bothered we ordered food rather than pastries. Don’t recommend it if you’re not from the area.
