We love this vickys, I never leave reviews but after having a bad experience at Fort Myers, Fl Vickys yesterday, I thought I would leave a review for Royal Palm vickys since they are always so friendly, welcoming and a pleasure to visit. Food is great, coffee is so good and hot! Fort Myers needs to learn from you guys!
I would not recommend this place. I made the mistake of ordering a cafe con leche and a tostada thru DoorDash while at work..the tostada was hard as a rock…it was bad..I couldn’t put my teeth thru the bread. I was looking forward to having it with my cafe con leche… I was sooo disappointed. it’s not the first time, it’s literally down the road from where I work …my coffee was lukewarm almost cold and the bread was super hard and old. Food was very good! I had half of a spinach(?) empanada before I fell on the ground, lost control of my body, turned pale, sweated like crazy, and got too weak to move. A resuscitation on me was attempted with a Life Saver, but I was too weak to move my mouth so I dropped it. Dog picked it up and started chocking on it (she’s okay). The guava pastry which was very tasty, helped bring me back to awareness. Great food, terrible experience, but it might be worth repeating for that guava pastry.
