Staff is super bad . They all should be fired and get people who want to work . I recommend the one on 16 th ave and 54th st in Hialeah .
Y’all need to hire more people for high buying days. And prioritize people already in the store for pickups vs making orders for people not there. And if someone just got there don’t work their order over people who have been waiting a while already it’s insulting. seeing people walk in and out who just got there is crazy. Muy mala experiencia, fui el sabado a comprar el cake con las bandejas de croquetas y pansitos para el cumpleaños de mi mama y resulta que el cake cuando lo picamos estaba hechado a perder, duro sabia rancio , no pudimos comernoslo , muy mala experiencia , los bocaditos estaban viejos, la verdad nunca me habia pasado ya que compro bastante ahi y primera vez q me pasa pero estoy muy disgustada ya que uno lo compra para un cumpleaños y que pase eso , muy mala mala experiencia no volvere a comprar ahi .
Had a horrible experience with Berta she was very rude and disrespectful. Once our number was called we head towards her patiently waiting as there was someone infront of us. When the lady leaves we come towards Berta and she looks at us with a nasty face and she said what’s your number we said 76 and she said we already called that we’re in 78 mind you not even a second passes by when she said number 76.
