I had Dr Shuffleton as my primary for many years. It was next to impossible to get an appointment and she ignores phone messages, messages left with staff who actually go tell her that Im trying to reach her, and portal messages for months generally, even when it’s urgent. Most things get a “go to the ER or urgent care” response which is extremely frustrating and kind of defeats the purpose of having a primary in the first place. I had to wait six months to establish with her. Then when I had urgent health issues and couldn’t be seen for 3 months I messaged her and four days later she said she couldn’t because I didn’t make an appointment which was not available. If I saw her colleague there was 0 follow up. I ended up going to urgent care twice in one week almost hospitalized which was preventable. I was supposed to get an appointment with her due to urgent care protocol within 10 days but could not get in and never heard a thing from her or her off... read more
Dr. Shuffleton is kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic. I have been seeing her for over 10 years and I cannot recommend her enough.
Dr. Shuffelton is great! Nice, personable, and takes the time to answer all my questions. Great doc, I moved and continue to drive 20 miles to see her.
