We had a great experience with Vicksburg Roofing. Fair price, all costs were up front, great service, pleasant roofers. 5* would recommend!
Vicksburg Roofing and siding installed siding on our home in March or April 2020. There is a gap of 1/2 inch where two pieces of siding should overlap. It is now late July 2021 and still the problem is not fixed even though I have made many requests to have them fix it.
Called to get an estimate and my roof fixed. He came out and looked at it but I never received a call back or email with my estimate. I also called multiple times back to let them know I never heard anything back and was told he is still working on the estimate. That was over a month ago that he came to my house to take a look. Not responsive at all. Just a waste of time. My roof should have been fixed by now.
If you haven't worked with Dan and team at Vicksburg Roofing and Siding, you're missing out! I would highly recommend them as a company to work with. Reasonably priced, responsive and timely are just a few words I would use to describe them. They provided a new roof and gutters on my house last year and I could not be happier.
