Amazing service by Vick after we had a bit of an issue with my trusty Subaru Forester on the way to Adelaide from Melbourne. Whilst it wasn't possible to address via Vick's workshop (the CVT gave up the ghost & it was an early Christmas lit dashboard!), he did his VERY BEST to help me in the time of need, diagnosing the codes, organising a tow-truck, talking to Jarvis Subaru to organise someone to look at it and sending me on my way. Needed a mechanical opinion yesterday in regard to a car Vick regularly services .Vick went above and beyond to help my Family out and gave me the best advice possible even offered to come look at the car immedietley and collect if was necessary.I am totally blown away by this man's generosity and willingness to help us in this matter and would not hesitate to have my car serviced there if I lived locally ...Thanks Vic You are a Champion.
