I purchased the 3 pack of facials off Groupon. I received the first one and then she rescheduled my next 5 appointments, and then said to ask Groupon for a refund cause she wouldn’t be available to honor the other 2 facials. After 2 weeks of fighting with Groupon I finally got a refund. Very flaky business this girl runs. Lots of excuses about why she can never show up for the scheduled appointment.
I attempted multiple times to book an appointment with this business through their scheduling system via Groupon and direct text. Each request was reviewed and then declined. I was later told to schedule directly and asked about my availability, but follow-up communication was inconsistent. Very unprofessional, she kept canceling my appointments. Happened more than once.
Just had a Microdermabrasion treatment with Vickkimua and it was a great experience! She was super friendly, professional, and really informative throughout the whole process. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and was very gentle with the treatment. I’ll definitely be coming back for more services!
