I have called FOUR times to get service performed for my pool. 1) I needed a new pool pump. She told me she'd call me back. Two weeks later I'm still waiting. 2) I asked the price to have my pool cleaned since I will be out of town for a couple of weeks. $850. Seriously? 3) When I called the lady was beyond rude and snotty. I didn't know the technical terms for some products and she asked me if I was prank calling her. Yes.
