From the get go, dealing with Vicki's was a frustrating experience!!! My family and I were about t o close on our new home which came with a pool that needed to cleaned and opened. We had made arrangements with the seller to pay for the cleaning and opening. I contacted Vicki and requested she provide me with an invoice for services totalling $500.00. I have been using Vicki's for many years. Both for personal and corporate use. The service is consistant. Yes, sometimes they are busy, but they are a small company. If you are the third one in the store then expect to be waited on third. (Nothing wrong there) The prices can be good on many items, a tad high on others, but overall very fair. No price gouging here EVER! And quite knowledgeable as well.

Talked with Mae two weeks ago about their repairman helping me on my spa problems. She advised she would have Mike call me to get more information and to set up an appointment. After a week I tried to reach them to follow up but got no answer during business hours or response to messages left on voice mail. Reached someone today there who would not listen to me and wanted me to call back in an hour after they tried to reach Mike. Sorry, on my last post I didn't change the star it be less than one star. Shop around before using Vickie's. If you call them they act like they are so busy and can't give you their attention. If you need a invoice for your records they don't have time. I've been requesting one for 5 months. Since we are now in Alaska I can't simply drive by to pick one up. I had used Vickie's to buy chemicals for 3 yrs. when we had to move with the Army to Alaska I trusted them to replace the liner. I started calling in Jan finally by July they replaced it. I had to keep calling them to check on the work. The only call I got back was to get my card number! They damaged my fence and lied about it. I have bee attempting to get an invoice for 5 months. Mae might sound sweet but she doesn't really care about customer service only about the $$$

Vicki's pool service closed my pool incorrectly. It cost me over 400.00 worth of chemicals to get my pool where it is supposed to be. They blamed it on her (ex) husband's partner (said he embezzled) and would not assist me at all...go to ANY other pool service...do NOT use VICKI's...sango has been very fair..
