Vicky hong thanh ngo and Tammy (Tham le) (Vicky daughter) own this shop and both of them injured me. Tammy (Tham le) was to manicure my hand nails and Vicky hong thanh ngo was to do my pedicure toe nails. Both of these people drew blood from my nail area. Both of these people do not have the decency to speak the English language as this is America where English language is spoken! I requested both manicure and pedicure.
