She is the best
Allegedly this is my point of view and perception! I have been going here for years since she was at the old location on Godby Road. There has always been a problem with time. I don't particularly appreciate how the good doctor tries to find something wrong with you, especially the "cases of diabetes" I have noticed. It's like she's waiting for people to get that disease; everyone will NOT get the diabetes CURSE! Honestly I was excited to start my medical experience here because of all the good reviews but it’s a few things that was not ok! Now for one my appointment started at 10:30 am I wasn’t seen by Dr. James until 12:45pm. Second they charge u for a no call no show but didn’t know I had an appointment. Aren’t doctors offices supposed to call and remind you? Third they never answer the phone here. Other than that the office staff are really nice. But it is old fashioned here.
