My experience with urology has been excellent. The people there are fantastic. They care about you. They take care of you. Their professionalism is impeccable.
She is a very pleasant and knowledgeable practitioner that makes you feel that your symptoms are important, she doesn't rush you out, she listens to what you have to say and makes suggestions on how to proceed with your treatment. The medical field has really gone down in finding professionals with great qualities like Vicki and that is sad for the people that need the care.
Vicki was amazing. She listened and gave great information. They got me in the next day. The office staff were all friendly and accommodating especially when I left without getting my scripts. They all handled the situation above my expectations.
I had a good experience during the initial consultation. Vicki made me feel comfortable and answered any question I had.
