Well here I am. This feels like a small, dirty, and cheap thing to be doing, but a bad online review is the final recourse of the aggrieved. Will this change anything? Probably not. But these words are all I have left. My only hope is that a human on Long Island with limited time and money will read this review and decide to go with any other cleaning service. I worked for this lady and she asked me to find her a girl to work on a house. The lady told us that it was a regular cleaning but in reality the owner of the house asked for a deep cleaning and paid a large amount, in conclusion the lady did not pay me for the day and from the other girl I had to take out of my pocket to pay her and She blackmailed me that she is going to send me to immigration because I am undocumented she is a racist person and I have seen many girls on this page who have experienced the same thing that s... read more
Two cleaners were so professional, helpful, friendly, fast and thorough. Explained what they were doing, answered my questions, and provided status reports. They made me feel I was part of the team/leader of the team. Also, Vicki was easy to work with setting up the appointment. 100% will use Vicki's again! Thank you Ross and Tammy and thank you Vicki.
I found Viki’s cleaning service they Facebook Viki was super responsive and very professional The cleaners that came to my house did a great job They took their time and were very thorough and professional They even asked me to do a walk thru at the end to make sure that everything was satisfactory I would highly recommend Viki’s cleaning service!!!
