This doctor almost caused the death of my wife. I took her to the ER at Sarasota Memorial with chest pain. A scan revealed she had no thyroid glands which could cause many health symptoms, heart attack/stroke included. She had continuously gone to Dr McCarren for many months with symptoms that were destroying her quality of life. McCarren would do blood work and tell her nothing was wrong.
