It’s a mess… if your a manufacturer of private schools have a better system! It’s chaos, I was expecting a higher level of service if we are paying so much for a reputable school!

Must be OUT OF BUSINESS. I’ve emailed 4 times with not reply and called more times than I can count without anyone picking up phone. Left voicemails, so I assume they must be out of business. They never filled my order after multiple weeks. Please tell your schools to not them.

BEWARE of Vicki Marsha uniforms. Unfortunately most private schools have a "contract" to only purchase from them, so you have to buy from them...but if you can go elsewhere, do it! Tell your school administrators to partner up with OTHER school uniform providers. I purchased uniforms that were "sized" when we came to try them on. Took off the tags and when the uniforms were tried on, were too big (and too small). Went to exchange, and was met with, "NO, per policy, the tag has been removed". I placed an order by accident in which I put 42 instead of 4 on the quantity of an item, I accidentally proceeded to checkout, I called and left VM, I emailed numerous times, no answer, I will be contacting the bbb! What kind of business is this, you don’t answer customers
