Very disappointed that I didn't even get a letter that Dr. Seidmeyer retired. You call the same number and they put you on hold but no one ever answers. They need to have a recording stating something. The only thing I got was they were moving. I loved seeing Dr. Seidmeyer and now have to find a new dr.
Every time I or my family members need to make an appointment we can't even schedule one over the phone nor on the app. Over the phone it's a long of a waiting process and for most of the time to be hung up on or not even be able to talk to anyone. This place is too busy for one doctor. When we would be able to schedule an appointment it would take up to 2 hours just being there at the clinic waiting just to be seen for about 15 minutes by the doctor or a NP. I have been so happy with this doctor, and always go here for my annual preventative care, included with my insurance plan. As of 12/31/2023 this practice is no longer in network, it would have been great to have been told this before I received a $957 invoice. Had I known that they were out of network I would not have kept the appointment made a year earlier, in network is fully covered by my plan. Unfortunately I won’t be returning for my 2025 preventative care.
One of the worst 2 experiences of my life. My insurance has then my primary. I'm normally healthy and never had a primary growing up. If I was bad enough we'd go to the urgent care. My husband sees this office and can make appointments fine. I first issue was a few months ago when I was super sick. Urgent care tests said it wasn't COVID, strep, or flu.
