My husband and I were diagnosed with unexplained infertility a year ago and referred to Shady Grove. Just graduated from SGF today. Highly recommend Dr.Schnell! She genuinely listened to all my concerns when i came to her desperate for help after a very hard infertility journey. She addressed the situation perfectly and went through all the adequate steps that were fit uniquely to my situation and here we are 10 weeks pregnant. May God Bless Dr.Schnell and all staff at SGF. I have been very disappointed with my experience at Dr. Schnell's office. I have not yet received my thorough lab results, despite having contacted the office multiple times regarding the matter. No one answers the phone regardless of the day or time I call. I have even sent messages through the patient portal, but I have received no response. The lack of communication and follow-up is very concerning and frustrating, especially as I am under the emotional stress of dealing with infertility. I would never recommend this offi... read more
